Last month, we closed an $877,000 Fix & Rent (BRRR) loan for an investor in Indian Rocks Beach, FL.

The original Lender couldn’t make it happen and bailed out at the last minute, leaving our clients high and dry. We stepped in shortly after and got the loan closed in just a couple of days!

The investor plans a $185,000 renovation, which includes full cosmetics, adding some additional space, and putting in a pool with an outdoor kitchen. After the renovations, they plan on refinancing and running a short-term rental.

Because we are lending our own funds, we were able to move quick to close this deal with time to spare!
