Last year, we closed a $320,000 Fix & Flip loan for an investor in Kissimmee, FL. He bought the property for $335,000 and we came in with a $320,000 loan with a construction holdback.

The investor negotiated a great off-market deal, direct to the seller, but when his plan A lender couldn’t hit the target closing date, he reached out to us to get the deal closed. We were able to get the deal closed on only a few days’ notice! The investor plans to rehab the property then sell it for a nice profit.

Glad we were able to make it happen; it was a great deal all around.
