
Last month, we closed a $250,000 acquisition loan for an investor & realtor in Clearwater, FL.
This investor went under contract pre-construction on a Luxury condo on Edgewater Dr in Clearwater.
The condo appraised at just under $1,000,000. The buyers had already put about $460,000 down and needed another $250,000 to close. The catch was they needed to close in a few days, so the buyers needed a lender that was able to move quickly. Because we are lending our own funds, we were able to fund the deal with time to spare!
