
Recently we closed a $429,000 loan in Parrish, FL for the acquisition of a Single-Family property.
The investor paid $385,000 for the property and received a $66,500 construction loan. We were able to do this loan for the buyer with only $22,500 out of pocket.
This was a single-family pool home in a newer community with an After Repair Value of $660,000. Great deal for the investor!
