Recently we closed a $455,000 loan in Tampa, FL for the acquisition of a Single-Family Fix & Flip property.

The buyer paid $455,000 and in order to limit their cash-to-close to $0 out of pocket we used a second position loan on a primary residence as cross collateral.

Great deal all around.

This was a single-family pool home that the investor will be fixing and flipping for profit.

We get creative to structure loans, so they work well for all involved – one of the big benefits of lending your own capital.
