Last month we funded a $1,340,000.00 fix-and-flip deal for one of our clients.

This deal was referred to us by Matt, someone that had been receiving emails from us for some time. Matt’s buddy was experiencing delays with their lender which put him in a tight spot with the seller. Our client had a hard closing date upcoming that his lender was not able to hit and he was at risk of losing his $100,000 escrow deposit.

We were called in with about 6 days left to close and we were able to fund this one with time to spare.

Our client’s deal and escrow deposit were saved, the seller was able to unload their property, the realtors earned their commissions and Matt earned a $13,400 referral fee for making 1 call and connecting us with his buddy.
