Last month we funded a $455,000 fix-and-flip deal for one of our clients.

This deal was actually referred to us someone that was forwarded one of our emails.

The client was experiencing delays with their lender which put him in a tight spot with the seller. Our client had a hard closing approaching that his lender was not able to hit and the client was at risk of losing his $91,000 escrow deposit.

We were called in with only a few days left to close and we were able to fund this one with time to spare.

Our client’s deal and escrow deposit were saved, the seller was able to unload their property, the realtors earned their commissions and our referral partner earned a $4,550 referral fee for making 1 call and connecting us with the client.
