Last month, we closed a $110,000 Rehab Refi for an investor in Tampa, FL.

Our client purchased this home cash for $226,000 but needed about $110,000 for the renovation. We stepped in with the $110,000 rehab loan to get our client the liquidity that he needed, and he’s already wrapped the rehab up.

The investor plans to refi into a DSCR loan then keep this one in his portfolio as a rental. He made a smart acquisition in a hot area and executed the rehab quickly and efficiently.

Because we are lending our own funds, we were able to move quick to provide our client with the capital he needed!
