Recently we closed a $650,000 loan in Nokomis, FL for the acquisition of a Single-Family property.

The buyer paid $550,000 for the property and received a $100,000 construction loan. To limit their cash-to-close to $0 out of pocket, we used a free & clear primary residence as cross collateral.

Great deal all around.

This was a single-family pool home on 2 acres that just needed a little love to restore it to its former glory.

We get creative to structure loans, so they work well for all involved – one of the big benefits of lending your own capital.
