We recently funded a $330,000 fix-and-flip deal for one of our clients with nothing down and $0 out of pocket at closing.

He did it using our Cross-Collateral loan. This is how it worked:

Our client, a local realtor and investor, locked up a nice deal in Lady Lake, FL. He also owned a condo in Orlando.

Instead of our client making a down payment, we were able to tap into the equity in his condo by utilizing our cross-collateral loan.

We set this loan up so that we covered the entire acquisition plus closing costs. Our client was able to close on this one without bringing a dollar to the table!

We love getting creative and doing deals like this with our clients!
